1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the OurNest service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

OurNest is designed for families. While younger family members can use the app under parental supervision, the account holder must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

3. Accounts & Your "Nest"

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your Nest. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur within your family group and under your account badge.

• One person (the "Nest Admin") must be responsible for billing and initial setup.
• Inviting members to your Nest gives them access to your group's shared data.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. User Conduct

OurNest is a private sanctuary for families. Users are prohibited from using the service to:

• Upload or share illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Invade the privacy of anyone outside of their authorized Nest.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users' Nests.
• Use the service for commercial spam or unsolicited advertising.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior that threatens the security or stability of our community. You may close your account at any time, which will result in the permanent deletion of your Nest data.
